The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking where the price has been affected by a technical or human error, clearly identifiable as unreal or grossly disproportionate. In such cases, the customer will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative based on the correct rate.

Guests must agree to the terms and conditions when booking. Prices are valid for bookings made through our website or Call Center. Check-in 15:00 hrs, check-out 11:00 hrs. Groups and weddings have separate rates, terms and conditions.

Reservation payment: The amount of 35% of stay will be paid at the time of making the reservation, the rest payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel. The credit card owner must be present with a valid ID during check-in and the same card that was used to make the deposit payment. Incidental charges can be paid by credit card or cash.

Cancellation policy: Reservations can be changed up to 7 day before arrival, with rates and availability subject to change for future dates. Cancellations within 7 day of arrival incur a 1-night penalty. No-shows or early departures result in the total amount being charged.
